The Whozz Calling? 2,4 & 8 line units monitor inbound and outbound
phone traffic on multiline phone systems. Caller ID time &
date, name and number, outgoing Caller ID (time & date and
number dialed), along with all other call detail is sent to a computer
via serial port. Use Caller ID service to log and display incoming
calls, instantly access records from customer databases, speed customer
service and order taking, automatically route calls, build mail lists,
and provide modem security. Use the touch-tone coding and built-in call
duration feature to keep track of both incoming and outgoing calls for
billing applications, employee monitoring, and long distance charges.
Individual 4 and 8 line units chain together to handle up to 56 phone
lines into a single computer serial port.
Avaliable
in Serial Port and Ethernet Link models. |

Pop-up
customer records on screen before answering each call. This allows a
few moments to review the client's information before responding. |
|
Build
your prospect database. Software available to "quick fill" new records
with Caller ID names and phone numbers. |
|
Call

Track
outbound telemarketing productivity in multi line environments.
Calculate number of contacts, number of calls, and average time on
phone. |
|
Increase
modem/LAN security by setting unit to Pass only Caller ID matched
callers. A bulletproof method of preventing unauthorized access. |
|
Block
nuisance calls. Unit is capable of blocking a list of Caller ID numbers
including Private & Out-of-Area callers. |
|
Track
Interactive Voice Response (IVR) selections. Unit reports all digits

How
it Works
Whozz
Calling? units can be used with any muti-line telephone system as long
as the main phone lines coming into the building are analog. Incoming
phone lines plug into the unit and a serial or Ethernet cable connects
it to a PC. Modular input and output jacks are provided so that all
connections are a snap. The unit connects the same way even if a
digital system, KSU, or PBX is present. If more convenient, units can
even be connected in parallel with incoming phone lines.
